Engines just had there recent oil change on 11/11/23 and the bottom paint is brand new from July 2023. Raymarine GPS and Chart Plotter is brand new in 2018, the auto pilot is original but doesn't look more than 6 years old. The bottom paint was just redone a few months back and it's still fresh.
The exterior is clean and solid. Upholstery is in above average condition. Isinglass has very good visibility.
Interior has beautiful cherry wood; it is clean and there is absolutely no carpet. Air Conditioner was set at 69 degrees on a 89-degree day and it was very cool inside
