Vessel Walkthrough
"Oceans Six" is equally as beautiful and impressive once aboard as she is dockside. Easily board the vessel into the cockpit from the swim platform through the transom door. The cockpit offers plenty of seating for entertaining with two bench-style settees, the aft of which folds away when not in use. Beneath the fixed aft-facing seat is an abundance of storage for lines, hoses, and other gear. Access to the side decks and bow is a breeze with molded in steps, and there is a hand rail and high siderails making the way to the bow and foredeck very safe and easy. Further, the cockpit offers a hot/cold shower, fresh water inlet, additional storage compartments, and plenty of open space for socializing or even fishing if one is inclined to do so. (There are actually 2 flush-mounter rodholders in the gunnels). A cockpit cover is included.
Moving forward and up one step you enter the fully enclosed helm deck area with a beautiful teak sole. The helm deck is climate controlled via two (2) separate AC/heat units, offering the owners comfortable year-round boating in most environments. The space offers plenty of seating with an L-shaped settee aft to port with teak cocktail table, and two STIDD helm and companion seats forward. These 2 seats are adjustable- they can face forward for cruising or aft for socializing. To starboard aft is a wet bar with sink, plenty of counter space, and a nice-sized refrigerator with icemaker. The helm itself is forward to starboard. The helm offers a large dash for twin flush-mounted Garmin screens, Volvo engine data screen, Volvo electronic controls and joystick, ICOM VHF, Raymarine Autopilot, Raymarine digital depth (a back-up to the Garmins), spotlight remote, two tachometers, and various other equipment. Visibility is excellent in every direction from this location. Additionally, the helm deck is protected by a sturdy hardtop with grab rails, three forward windshields (the center one opens via actuator), large side windows which also open, and a brand-new aft soft enclosure. The boat comes equipped with covers for the forward and side windows as well.
Down the companionway into the main cabin is the roomy salon and galley area. This space offers plenty of natural lighting via overhead hatches and portholes, as well as LED lights throughout. To port aft is the functional galley with large sink, electric stove-top, convection microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment (new 2017), and solid surface countertop. The galley also features plenty of drawer and cabinet storage, with additional storage found beneath the steps. To starboard and aft is a large L-shaped settee with a beautiful teak dining table. This table is adjustable to create a double berth. Also in this area is even more storage cabinetry, the main electrical panel (aft bulkhead), and entertainment center (forward bulkhead).
Forward to port is the roomy head with enclosed shower stall. The head is accessed via the main salon area, as well as a private entrance from the master stateroom forward. In addition to the enclosed shower stall, the head offers a large sink with vanity, electric flush head, and plenty of natural lighting via an overhead hatch and porthole.
All the way forward is the large private master stateroom with centerline queen berth. Again, abundant natural lighting provided by overhead hatches and portholes, as well as LED overhead lighting and reading lamps. Both the salon and master stateroom have their own AC/heating units, with an additional vent going into the head. Storage in the master stateroom is quite abundant. There are cabinets to port and starboard above the berth, as well as plenty of drawer storage and a large hanging-locker to port. To starboard there are multiple drawers with another cabinet, and entertainment center on the aft bulkead.
The entire cabin offers a beautiful teak and holly sole, cherry wood cabinetry and bulkheads throughout, and a very comfortable living space. This is the perfect vessel for either dayboating, entertaining, or extended cruising. Hello, Great Loop!!
