FROM NICE TO NICER TO NICEST

Almost 4 years ago, after a very lengthy search, the newly retired couple found the 50’ Prestige to be the ideal choice for their lifestyle. It’s big enough to accommodate three couples comfortably, have a separate crew quarter (with private head) for the occasional ‘7 th wheel’, plus a uniquely separate master cabin typically found in much larger yachts. The 50’ Prestige can cruise the Bahamas in comfort yet is small enough to operate as a couple or even solo. The 50’ Prestige checked off all the boxes and had great reviews to support their decision. While there were several on the market at the time, COCONUTZ (as she’s now called), was the right blend of ‘great bones’ and ‘needs love’. In other words, she was discounted for needing the things that they would want to replace anyway, such as carpet and appliances, but didn’t have any big issues such as fading, cracking, wear and/or tear. Another big selling feature was that the engines were maintained and serviced, with totally rebuilt pods (still being done at the time, so they met the tech to learn and document the process).
