PEARL is perhaps the best Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 469 afloat. Shehas been light used, mostly for day-sailing, and maintained to the nines by two passionate owners who have both kept her at one of the best boatyards in the Northeast. She has benefitted from this light use, and indoor heated storage every year since new.
PEARL represents an exceptional value for someone who seeks a modern, sleek cruising sailboat which stands apart from some of the other options. She is comfortable, safe, simple to operate and ready to go with no deferred or needed maintenance. She is only for sale as her second owner, who recently acquired her, is unable to use her going forward.
At 46 feet overall , she is “right sized” in today’s market. Offering three private sleeping cabins, plus a generous salon and galley, two heads, a navigation station, and a huge, smartly designed cockpit, she is a joy to be aboard. Her systems are all operating at perfection, and her performance under both sail and power are well respected.
We encourage you to explore the details and images in this listing, and then to call us for a personal inspection. PEARL will not disappoint you.
NOTE: As she is still inside, many of the photos used in this listing are older. However, we believe they properly represent her current condition.

PEARL has a contemporary feel that is light, airy and open. Both above and below, she feels sleek and well organized, and shows in perfect condition. The golden wood grains and dark taupe upholstery create a distinguished and fresh approach to interior design. Space, comfort, storage and functionality abound.
PEARL delivers a "wow factor" and invites you to enjoy her comforts. And she does have them - from exceptional systems, layout electronics, electric winches, bow thruster, generator, air conditioning, hydraulic swim platform - the works!
FORWARD CABIN:
The master stateroom, this area is truly majestic, with exceptional light, ventilation, sleeping comfort and storage, along with a private owner’s head.
The center line queen berth with side access is large and convenient. There are numerous overhead clothes lockers, two hanging lockers, large drawers under the berth and even a dressing table (which can double as a writing table or work station) to absorb everything you could ever imagine bringing aboard.
There are three overhead hatches (with screens and shades), two port lights in the hull sides, and excellent LED lighting. The television still has the labels and protective films on it!
This cabin is also a separate air conditioning/heat zone.
The master head is large and features a separate shower area with a smoked glass partition. The head is electric, and there is excellent storage in the vanity and in lockers. An opening hatch provides ventilation.
SALON:
I love this salon. It is open and bright, and comfortable. There is a large U-shaped settee to port with a fixed/folding dining table. It is both heated and cooled by a reverse cycle air conditioning.
To Starboard are two seats with a side table between them. The aft seat acts as the seat for the forward facing navigation station, which utilizes the side table and has storage underneath. The main VHF unit is located here (with a remote at the helm).
There is storage above, behind and below the berths.
Four port lights in the hull, combined with large port lights in the cabin sides, and four overhead hatches (also with screen and black-out shades) are a major bonus.
GALLEY:
The L-shaped galley is found aft to starboard, and features superb storage, a double stainless steel sink, a large top and front loading fridge with a separate fridge/freezer compartment, Haier microwave, and a three burner stove with oven and broiler.
AFT HEAD:
The aft head is to port, with entrance from the salon. This puts the galley and the head adjacent to the cockpit – a smart and logical design. The aft head has a separate shower stall, an electric head, generous storage and an opening port as well as a fixed port light.
AFT CABINS:
Twin aft cabins both port and starboard provide exceptional guest quarters.
These cabins mirror each other, with a large double berth, hanging locker, shelf storage, and two opening ports and an opening hatch. There is also a fixed hull port light and a fixed cabin side port light in each cabin
COCKPIT and DECKS:
The cockpit sole and seats are glued (no screws) teak in perfect condition. The hydraulic transom folds down to become a swim platform, also with teak decking. This feature opens up the back of the cockpit, and allows ease in boarding into or out of a dinghy, and is a joy when swimming.
The main and jib sheets are led aft to electric self tailing winches at each helm station, making this an easy boat to sail short or single handed.
Halyards, reefing and other sail control lines are led aft to either side of the cockpit, with Harken self tailing winches; the port cabin top winch is electric for the halyards.
The Table has two varnished teak drop leaves.
There are surprisingly large storage areas under both cockpit seats, and a propane locker for two bottles aft to port.
Decks are wide and unobstructed.
The anchoring system features a dedicated bow roller and electric windlass. Aft of the anchor locker is a large storage lazarette accessed through a hatch and stainless steel ladder.
Lewmar delta anchor on double SS anchor roller
Quick Aleph electric windlass
Wash down system in anchor locker.
Double lifelines, uncoated wire, with gates port and starboard.
Lines led aft thru line tunnels
Hinged Lexan companionway doors.
