Accommodations and Layout

Enter the salon through the cockpit hatchway and down the stainless ladder.   The roomy salon has a large settee to starboard with a couch to port. The nav station is aft of this couch and all seating is covered with ultra-leather. Note the beautiful Mahogany table in the settee. The interior wood is cherry. The galley is to starboard aft of the salon settee. There are two staterooms aft with queen beds. One on the starboard side is aft of the galley. The other to port has an entrance to the port head and separate shower. There is also a door from this head to the salon to be used as a day head.

 

Forward is the platform centerline queen with the stall shower to port and the head to starboard. There are ample lockers and drawers.

Note the 6’9” headroom throughout the entire lower deck.


Galley

The galley is to starboard aft of the salon. It is L-shaped with Corian countertops and plenty of storage; drawers under counter and cabinets above the counter.

Double stainless-steel sinks and faucet plus filtered water faucet.

Two 12 Volt under counter refrigerators

Two 12 Volt deep freezers in the island next to ladder.

Microwave (6.22)

Hull and Deck

This is the shallower draft wing keel design with the “ICW friendly” mast. All halyards and sheets lead to the cockpit. There are dual helms with the engine controls to port. The large chart plotter is in the center and swivels for observation at each helm.

 The hull is solid fiberglass below waterline with cored sides above waterline.

Remarks

“Sailing Diver “has been meticulously upgraded over the last two years and is the ideal Bahamas cruiser. At the last shipyard haulout (Jan 2023) the hull was sanded, then one coat primer and two coats Pettit Trinidad bottom paint was applied. Also, the driveshaft, shaft seal, and cutless bearings were replaced. The rudder was dropped and new bearings and bushings were installed. The propeller was send out for inspection. She was recently hauled (Dec 2023) to replace the bow thruster and all underwater gear was inspected and hull pressure washed.
