Designed by Spencer Lincoln, the 48 is the largest hull in the Duffy lineup.  With a beam of 17ft 6in this large platform offers an extensive range of layout possibilities.  Her hull design, as with the rest of the Duffy line, is a built down semi-displacement lobster style hull and as such she has the great sea keeping that the Duffy line is famous for. She is currently set up to accommodate a single engine application.

The main bulkhead location can range from 24 to 33ft from the transom. This easily accommodates variations in salon and cockpit layouts. Whether your focus is on sport fishing, cruising or a commercial fishery, this boat is large enough to incorporate a host of accommodations.

Hull is fully cored with Divincell H80 on the topsides and H130 in the bow and below the waterline.
