Surveyor reports April 2023;

"I find this vessel to be in very good structural, mechanical and cosmetic condition. If this vessel is given proper care and maintenance in the future, as it has in the past, it should provide many more years of service. The boat has recently undergone a major refit of systems, finishes and interior including a new laid teak deck over the winter/spring/summer of 2017/2018 at the Gannon and Benjamin Boatyard in Vineyard Haven, MA. The boat is very close to new construction in every respect."

"Hull is carvel planked Angelique and silverballi over Angelique sawn frames all bronze fastened. Sheer strakes and garboards are of tropical hardwood wana or Angelique. Floor timbers are of Angelique. Decks are all new (2018) quarter sawn New Zealand teak hand laid over Sepala marine plywood and covered by Grace ice and water shield membrane all fastened to Angelique or wana deck beams. Trunk cabin sides, combing , toe rails, companionway hatch are solid Silverbali. Cap rails are solid purpleheart. Newly extended deck house w/Sepala marine plywood covered w/Dynel and painted. The backbone -keel, deadwood, stern horn timber, and stern post are all made of Angelique. All are in very good condition where sited."
