This Carman 36 is a proven fishing boat, raising fish and making memories. With its dual helm, it can be run from inside wheelhouse or from the flybridge spotting fish. With a new Cummins Engine in 2021, this boat is highly updated and ready for a new owner to take it to the canyons or fish inshore for a wide variety of fish!
Hull: The hull was built of solid, hand laid fiberglass, using polyester resins. Internally the hull was strengthened by fiberglass stringers and by bulkheads tabbed to the hull.
Deck: The plywood deck was overlaid with fiberglass. It was fastened to the hull with an inward turning flange that was sealed and fastened mechanically with machine screws.
Cockpit: The plywood cockpit sole was overlaid with fiberglass and supported by a framework of aluminum beams.
