This 2010 Beneteau Oceanis 43 French-designed sloop has 3 double-berth cabins, 3 heads, a roomy cockpit, and she’s fully equipped for the liveaboard and bluewater cruising lifestyle!
L’Attitude has been continuously and carefully maintained. She’s been kept in freshwater from 2019 until her recent arrival in Florida in April 2022. Her last bottom job/inspection was in
December 2021, and she also has a new fully battened mainsail (2020)!

 

CABIN APPOINTMENTS
GALLEY/SALON/BERTHS/HEADS
GALLEY: Galley is located port side mid ship. Galley has solid surface countertop and wood cabinets, good condition. Refrigerator powers up. Sink is serviceable with adequate water
pressure. Propane stove/oven combo powers up.
DINETTE: Dinette is starboard of the galley mid ship. Bench seats with light colored upholstery in good condition. Bench seating surround wood table, fit for intended use. Hot water heater is located under bench seat. Keel bolts and bilge accessible under bench seating.
BERTH: Vessel has three double berths. The forward berth has hanging locker, bench seat, and access to the A/C unit. Twin port and starboard aft berths allow engine room access.
All berth mattresses are serviceable.
HEADS: Vessel has three full heads with type 3 manual Jabsco heads, hand sink and showers. Fit for intended use.
NOTE: Doors and portlights throughout the cabin closed flush. Water pressure throughout the cabin is adequate. 
Upholstery throughout the cabin is in good condition. Lights throughout the cabin power up. Flooring throughout the cabin is in good condition.
